Delivery Information

Important information

• Scarf Plus cannot be held responsible for delivery; we do our best to provide quick and efficient delivery of your parcel. We are not responsible for delays in delivery, loss or damage once the parcel has been dispatched;

• We reserve the right to send part orders when necessary;

• Please make sure you provide the correct detail on your order and if possible provide an address where someone will be available to accept the delivery.

Shipping within Australia

• All orders are dispatched with regular post or courier   

• Delivery times are generally depends on your location. Please allow up to 7 business days for rural Australian areas;
   
• All orders are sent from our warehouse in Melbourne Victoria, 
•  
• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, no orders are sent over the weekends and on Victoria Public Holidays;
   
• Please ensure your address is up to date;
   
• If you are not available at the address specified by you when the courier delivers your product, your product will be dropped at the Shipping company with a postcard left for you;
